WHY GO THROUGH INTERPERSONAL TRAINING?

Mindfulness, is sometimes translated in Polish, as mindfulness, attentive presence or full presence. From However, due to the lack of a satisfactory translation that would fully take into account the meaning of the term, we retain the original term.

"New opportunities....so the best of everything can happen...all you have to do is reach for the opportunity that's just staring at you ...create a plan and act...after all, you are the most important reason to reach out to taste the wonders of life."

Interpersonal training is a one-of-a-kind process, although the mechanisms of group formation are fixed, you have the opportunity to create and participate in the whole process, in an event that is unique, so already this uniqueness indicates that it is worth it, that you have the opportunity to experience something unprecedented. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to learn to experience, name and express feelings, to understand how they affect you and others, and vice versa, and to experiment with new behaviours in an atmosphere of respect, trust and acceptance. To answer the question of whether it is worth it, I would like to conclude by saying that it is an excellent opportunity to get to know yourself and your way of functioning in the world better and, what is important, you have an influence on what will happen during the training, because you cannot plan the course and the whole thing is created by the participants.

You can, of course, define your goal, which will be your personal development path. The key objective of interpersonal coaching is to develop interpersonal skills with elements of working on your areas of development, i.e. you have influence over the whole process. The question may have occurred to you, why do I put such a mark on your personal influence on the whole process? Because I myself went through the Interpersonal Training and what I heard before the training from different people created unnecessary confusion. Therefore, today I can say it was one of the most wonderful experiences that changed my life in a significant way. I didn't set myself any goals, I decided to make the best of the moment in the Here and Now. So what did the training give me? I have learnt to see and understand myself differently, but also to understand other people in interpersonal relationships, I have improved my behaviour and communication skills, I have felt more at ease and free to express myself and I could go on and on about the benefits. This was only the beginning of the process, the training ended after a week and I got feedback on my way home: the taxi driver on my way back from the train station had made me 16 years younger. So see for yourself if it isn't worth it! The process continued and I watched how I was able to build my life in harmony with myself. I went through one of the most beautiful processes of my life and I won't fail to call it a rarity. I could list many benefits and argue for them, but I think that's not the way to go, so I'll sum it all up with my maxim "New opportunities....so the best can happen...all you have to do is reach for the opportunity that's just staring at you...create a plan and act...after all, you are the most important reason to reach to taste the miracles of life." And such a miracle is Interpersonal Training. I wish you a wonderful wonderful experience and even if you read somewhere that it is a difficult training based on emotions, look within yourself and ask yourself if life is not based on emotions? After all, every emotion is good, there are no bad emotions if you know how to use your emotions and if you don't then maybe it's time to learn.
