About the project

 
The main activity in the project is the development of 7 innovative e-learning courses on: psychology of stress/anxiety in children and adults, addictions

(types, mechanisms, prevention and treatment), basic therapeutic techniques (so-called Interventions), cyber threats, cyber security, mindfulness at school, mindfulness for independent teacher work, free and accessible via the Internet addressed to: - teachers, educators, formal and informal education centres.

As part of the project activities, experts will develop:

E-learning courses: 

1. the psychology of stress/anxiety in children and adults, 
2. addictions (types, mechanisms, prevention and treatment),
3. basic therapeutic techniques (so-called Interventions),
4. cyber threats,
5. cyber security,
6. mindfulness at school,
7. mindfulness for independent teacher work - mental health prevention;

Workshop training for teachers:

BLOCK I: The scope of cognitive behavioural therapy ('psychological interventions'),
Behavioural and chemical addictions. Treatment mechanisms and methods. Cyber violence and cyber security.

BLOCK II: Learning about stress issues - causes and effects. Mindfulness tools - for reducing stress in students. Exercises and mindfulness tools for personal work e.g. counteracting the effects of excessive stress.

  • online digital methodological handbook with accompanying material (scenarios, animations, interactive exercises)
  • digital good practice report.

The project activities will take place with the participation of experts and practitioners using new multimedia.
Project specific objectives:

  • creation of comprehensive 7 e-learning courses - graphic postings, videocasts, presentations, using e-learning training methodologies,
  • conduct test training (testing, evaluation and validation of the solution) to check and evaluate the developed training topics and content;
  • creation of a methodical guide for the teacher, using the methodology of e-learning training; 1 online guide, within the framework of the guide min. 3 animations, min. 6 edited presentations, min. 12 scenarios, 12 worksheets;
  • creation of a digital good practice report: gathering knowledge, experiences, good practices, effective and innovative training methods in the field of improving psychological competences for teachers, developing a model of partnership cooperation and consultation in the development of training programmes in transnational partnership.
